Brady Way, a University of Kansas graduate, boasts a remarkable career in the Manufactured Housing industry. He began as an underwriter at Access Financial in 1996 and swiftly climbed the ranks to become a Regional Manager at Dynex. Brady's journey continued at Chase, Origen, and, since 2005, at Triad Financial Services, where he currently serves as a Regional Manager covering Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Additionally, he is a licensed loan originator through the NMLS and holds a commercial multi-engine pilot rating, showcasing his diverse skill set. Brady's active involvement on the Boards of Directors for various Manufactured Housing Associations further underscores his industry expertise and leadership.
